Along with a simple learning of meditation and visualisation techniques,
I will also teach the symbolism of the energetic zones of the body well
known of the
Yoga practitionners and called: "chakras".
The chakra's system can be taught in a manner adapted to everyone's
culture and respectful of his or her own belief system .
Reiki is not a religion, but a practice
which origin is the spiritual Qi-Qong family: it is designed to ease
suffering and accelerate healing, wether it be physical,
mental or spiritual : Instead of feeling helpless when dealing with someone' s
sorrow, it gives the opportunity to do something positive, benevolent
and without any jugement .
